Salty cheese triangles (recipe with pictures)

I invented them myself last week and made them already two times, because everyone loved them. They are crunchy, easy to make and by the way really cheap. I invented them when after making dumplings left some unleavened dough. Here is it's recipe

After you made this dough it has to rest in fridge for at least 1 hour. After that roll it out (40*40 cm) then sprinkle it with salt (2 tea spoons) and some pizza seasoning if you got it and put 80 g of grated cheese.

Roll it one more time, fold in four and roll out again - this way cheese wold be inside and triangles will have layers. Then cut out triangles like this

Put them in oven (temperature 180C) and wait about 15 minutes, that's all, enjoy!

(they have layers)
